I babysat Jeff's nieces a few weeks ago and while Nea was napping Tiff decided she wanted to color. While she was coloring I decided to draw their tile/hot pad thing that was sitting on their table.
My version...
Once I was done, Tiffany decided she wanted to draw it as well.
You may not be able to tell from the pictures, but she recognized the little details and tried to copy them. (Notice in her picture the white fur fluff on the little snowman's cap, the horizon line through the stump of the tree, the blue sky around the letters in "Silent Night.")
I was actually really impressed with how much she noticed and tried to mimic! Oh the mind of a 5 year old...
