Tony, our realtor, called us Saturday morning (Oct 23rd) with free tickets to the BYU game! We were already up in Orem, and ironically were both wearing BYU hoodies that day, (which is a total coincidence) so we of course took them! It happened to be a cold, rainy day, but with a few cheap ponchos and the blankets already stashed in the trunk, we were good to go!
We got up to our seats, and as we were headed down our row we found Dave and Toni a few rows up! So we went and sat with them instead. They had also called Kelli and Jari to come sit with us, and then at half time we talked Rick and Marnae into coming up with us. It was a fun game; Jeff was happy to finally get to watch, not listen, to a game this season, and we loved getting to hang out with cousins. Go Cougars!
Later that night we went over to Cody and Jessica's to hang out. Tony Frustaci and Dustin were in town to visit and help Cody and Jess fix and tile their bathrooms, and then Kristianne and their little boy Max came down too. We enjoyed just hanging out at Cody and Jess's house, going to Red Robin, playing the guitar, playing Mancala, and just visiting. It's been awhile since Jeff and I spontaneously hung out with a bigger group of friends. We had a lot of fun!
