We weren't sure how soon we'd get another dog after we put Ren down, but I couldn't stay away from KSL. We really missed having his company around the house. We felt like getting another rescue was a good idea- both cheaper than getting a puppy and we wouldn't have to potty train, etc. When Jeff actually found this dog and sent me a link, I jumped on the opportunity. We drove up to Salt Lake to take a look at this pup!

He kind of growled at me initially, which maybe should've been a red flag, but he seemed really friendly once I gave him a treat, and he even let Shad give him a treat and walk him around with the rope. So we decided to bring him home!
This is Jagger! He is a 7.5 month old Boxer/ Weimaraner, or "Boweimar."
It didn't take long for him to make himself at home!
He is an excellent fetch dog! Man he can run! He is so athletic and agile compared to Ren, and has so. much. energy!
And so far he has gotten along well with every dog we've introduced him to! Here he is with Sheena's dog Chloe:
Josh Cedusky (Jared Shannon's roommate) just got a puppy end of April... This is Niklaus! He is a Poodle- Pointer.
I can't get enough of his puppy breath and adorableness!!!
Jagger loves little Niklaus too. I love how dogs can sense when a puppy or toddler is around and they are able to be more gentle with them...
And of course Ralphie. Who wouldn't get along with Ralphie?!
Even though Jagger wears him out pretty quick, Ralphie still loves all other dogs and any opportunity to play!
