Jeff's current calling at church is a Sunday School teacher for the 16-18 year olds. He loves it. It was the calling he wanted when they released him from Young Men's to put me in Young Women's.
He decided to have a few of his mission contacts and converts from New Jersey that live here now to come and talk to his class on Nov 10th. It turned out that his team-teacher (Brandon Call) was gone that day so I got to go in with him, and the younger class' teacher was gone so we were combined. It was a really good discussion. These girls (Ana Paula Chavarri, Jessie Santos, and Joann Distler) were very open about their conversion stories and their families, and their journey in the Gospel.
I think Jeff enjoyed having them there even more than the kids did, he loved catching up and reminiscing about his mission. It was a special Sunday for him!
