Drive- In

Jeff and I went to the drive-in on August 5th, partly as a belated birthday celebration, and partly just for fun to get out by ourselves.  Jeff's parents watched shad for us.  (Thank you!)

We picked up our favorite pizza on the way: Half bacon, pepperoni, and pineapple for me, and half Super Supreme for Jeff.  We also got some of our (okay my) favorite treats: Twizzler Nibs, Peanut Butter MnM's, Cookie Dough bites, and Gardettos.  It was fun to splurge a little for my birthday.  : )

We saw Cowboys and Aliens and Transformers 3.  Cowboys and Aliens wasn't that great, though okay to watch once.  Transformers was what we wanted to see, and we enjoyed it.  I mostly just enjoyed being able to cuddle with Jeff in the back of the truck under the stars, like old times, child (interruption) free.  : )

Even though we had to pick Shad up in Lehi and didn't get home till after 2am, it was worth it and we had a lot of fun!
