Ben & Natalie's Reception

My cousin Ben, who is only 16 days older than me and who I've always been close to despite growing up in different states, got married a few weeks ago in California.  He and his cute new wife Natalie had a reception in Idaho this past weekend, so Jeff and I drove up to the tiny town of Aberdeen to celebrate with them!
Congrats you two!!

After the reception we ran over to the high school and let my dad fly Jeff's kite.

He was the fastest learner we've had!
(And we've taught seven people how to fly it so far...)
Way to go Dad!

It was fun to see the smiles and excitement in my Dad while flying it.
Gotta love the big kid toys!
Oh, I'll have you know that my Dad has a better sense of style than tennis shoes with church pants... We made him bring them so we didn't have to go home before flying it.  :)

We also spent the evening playing games with my cousins, which is a staple in my dad's family.

On our way home on Sunday we stopped in Lehi, right in time for the lunch party post-sacrament-talk celebration for Jeff's cousin Sarah who is leaving soon for her mission to the Philippines!  We're so happy and excited for you Sarah!

We LOVE family!
