Jeff was invited to play in an Alumni Basketball Tournament at his old high school this past week.
The games started on Monday, and went through Friday. He played with an '03/'04 team, which were the same kids he played with in high school. I think he was in heaven.
His cousins, Mike and Dave, who were also Lehi Alumni players, were playing on their respective teams, so we were able to watch them and see a lot of the family there to support the three of them.
Jeff and Dave even played against each other on Wednesday, and had the same jersey number!
Jeff's team did pretty well; They played one game Monday, two Tuesday, one Wednesday, and two Thursday... And potentially could've had four Friday.
By the end of the week he was pretty exhausted, but had a blast.
Jeff enjoyed showing me his old stomping grounds and Lehi's trophy cases, and I enjoyed watching him play a sport that he loves!
